I applied with a recruiter online they sent my resume to Anthem, I was contacted about five days later letting me know that Anthem would like to setup an face to face interview; I interviewed with the Office Manager and another Manager they were very friendly and on time. I had very basic questions to answer about customer experience. I was told I would know Monday.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.
