Process took about 5-6 weeks. I applied on line through Anthem on 3/12/15. Next day I received an email to take an online test that took about 30 mins was basically a mock call and chat for call center. Then I received an email on March 17th to schedule a phone interview which was easy. You just get a call and the guy asks you about your previous employers and dates. Then he tells you a little about the position, that was it. Then I received an email on April 8th to schedule an in person interview at the company site. I scheduled for the next day. I was greeted by the Main hiring manager and a new manager so I was interviewing with two managers. Another person was there to interview and she was taken in another office with just one manager. The interview was fairly easy. They mostly asked about my previous experience and a few questions regarding "What ifs". I stressed my ability in customer service as well as my long term goals to stay with the company. Then they asked me to take a test on the computer basically typing up a letter. They give you a sheet of instructions and prompts you choose one of the three prompts. It was fairly easy and was told its just to see how well you can type without errors. Then they told me I would hear from someone by the end of the month regarding my interview and application. I was surprised when I was called a week later to offer me a position. The class doesn't start until may 18th but I am very happy so far. Just going through background and paperwork online.
