Elevate Analyst interview questions

3 Interviews. The first was 15 min call with HR. Second was 30 mins to an hour. The third was 30 mins to an hour also. It was a really quick process, and all 3 were done in a week.

They have a lot to improve in screen process. Rude. Plain rude. Received an email stating that they were interested and requesting to confirm if I was still interested so they could send a link for an online assessment. After taking the test, I received an email stating that I passed and was requested availability for a vídeo interview. It was cancelled due to the reason the recruiter would not be in the office during the week of the scheduled interview. After 2 e-mails sent inquiring if the interview would be rescheduled, I never heard back. No consideration at all for someone else's time.
