      HR Interview

      I interviewed at Elevate

      Interview

The process was 3 rounds. Pretty straightforward. What's funny is that what I explained as my experience in the interview had little to no impact on what's happening now. Your 5-8 years of experience will not be considered. It's like you start from the beginning, which is fine, but at least the managers should keep in mind that if I told you I have experience in XYZ, then don't ask me to do PQRS and then judge me within a week. The hiring manager could have said no to my candidature.
