I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2009
Interview
Can be a long process. It's a large company which means the process can be long and drawn out. At least 3-4 interviews using the STAR approach. Do your research on the company and wear a full suit to the interview. Panels will typically have a good cop/ bad cop scenario. Make sure you close your interview.
