I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company
Interview
The whole process is mostly behavioral. The interviewers were very conversational and easy going. They are looking for candidates with marketing experience rather than candidates with industry experience. First round may have a mini case asking marketing questions. Second round looks for fit with the company's culture. The summer internship is based on Indianapolis even though you apply to a region outside the United States.
