I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Bengaluru) in Dec 2021
Interview
It was of 2 rounds each of 1hr or more depends on interviewer. The questions were basically on database and python and basic programming questions. A good grip on dbs and data structures is an added advantage.
It was good from my side. There was 2 rounds. In 1st round they start from Introduction and than move to some technical question. 2nd round was technical + managerial.
