Got a phone screening call, the HR rep was very professional, she went through the benefits and basic requirements of the job, i.e. EMEA working hours. Two rounds of interview, one with HR director and another with hiring manager (based in SG). After final interview, no reply at all on the interview result. Got ghosted after multiple email follow ups. After two weeks, I checked their Workday and looked into my application status as 'not selected'. As a fresh graduate, I wanted to know my feedback so that I can improve better, so I asked for feedback or the reason why I was unselected as I thought everything went well. Got ghosted completely. I think this is absolutely unpleasant, especially coming from a reputable pharma company like Eli Lilly. They should hire more compassionate and kind HR people. Just from this experience, I feel that the company does not care about their employees.

Interview
HR was quick to conduct a phone screening with me after 3 days I applied for the job, followed by a phone interview with the HR director, and finally a phone interview with the clinical operations director. They did not get back to me at all after my final interview and I had to check for myself that I was not selected for the final round.
