I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Sydney) in Oct 2019
Interview
Have interviewed a number of times for Eli Lilly and never passed first interview stage despite having stellar sales performances. "Interviewed" for an associate product manager's role where the interviewer grilled me about my current job & what resources I had to do the job! He was clearly only looking for competitive intelligence & was using the guise of an interview to obtain it. Then I called the recruiter to ask for feedback on the interview & she refused to speak to me & didn't return my phone calls. Dodgy as heck. I also think Eli Lilly is rather racist, don't go there if you're a minority!

Question 1
How much money do you have to spend on your territory? What marketing materials are provided to you? What events are you putting on? All competitive intelligence questions, not job interview questions.

Interview
All the team members displayed a highly professional attitude. The process was quite fast-paced and demanding, but at the same time it was very rewarding to be able to speak to so many highly skilled professionals.
