Elsevier Production Editor interview questions

Had two interviews and a proof reading test. At the end of it I had to chase them for the outcome, they never got back to me. After chasing them all I received was a generic email from HR saying I haven't been successful, which is disappointing after doing a test and two rounds of phone/online interviews. They really need to work on providing proper feedback at the end of the process.
