You will meet with the F&B manager first to go over your barista experience and what the job will be. The more experience the better of course, but nowafays with labor being short, they are open to train you if this is your first time as a barista if you have a great attitude and want to serve. Then F&B manager will send you back to HR to complete paperwork if you accept what was discussed with F&B manager in regards of job description, hours, pay.
