Decently organized upfront but no collaboration between panelists and rounds causing enormous and embarrassing gaps in communication. The experience was lackluster and the the worst part was all of the upfront excitement fizzled out due to this incredibly draining and bureaucratic indecisiveness (causing me to overthink, question, and then ultimately completely loose interest in joining). What a waste of a mission-based company on a inefficient interviewing and candidate experience.
