Emerson Engineering Team Leader interview questions

The entire process took around 5 months. One particularity is that Emerson is not searching actively candidates for the open positions, instead they are published on Emerson's site, and each candidate should find and apply for the ones they are interested. First interview was a preliminary one, with HR only, where we've walked through my CV and concluded with the discussion on salary. Interview #2 and #3 took around 2 hours each, and the interwiers where local and remote managers that I was supposed to work in the future. Between all interviews there where long periods of "silence", receiving no news on next steps. This is where I've made follow-up via mails and phone calls, in order to understand a way forward and when.
