The interview process was extensive and well-structured, beginning with a screening call and a competency interview to qualify for the assessment day. The assessment day itself was a thorough 6-hour process involving a group problem, a DeltaV demo, and an interview with two Emerson employees. After receiving very positive feedback, I advanced to the final interview to discuss team placement and career goals. Unfortunately, communication completely ceased after this final round. Despite dedicating significant time to this multi-stage process and following up multiple times via email, I received no further response or feedback. While the initial stages were well-managed, the lack of communication at the final decision stage was highly unprofessional for an organization of this scale.

Online application, telephone interview, assessment centre at their office in Leicester (site tour, group exercise, presentation, interview) q&a and lunch with current graduates during the assessment centre. Everyone was very helpful and the whole process was very swift.
