Interview
Instrumentation and Control Engineering professional, specialized in process instructions, validation and development of the technology and Applications. Good quality software allows you to create a appournity file with your own.
After applying online, I received an email inviting me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and primarily focused on behavioral questions. The interviewer asked about my background, experiences, and how I handle certain workplace situations.
Was easy and short.
There were only 2 rounds of interview.
Then did ask technical and lidership questions. Hiring manager was very polite and had a positive energy.

Usual interview process, multi interview rounds, last round in person 1 hour sessions with managers, 3 to 4 hours in total. First round hr screening over the phone, second round conversation on the phone with hiring manager, and third round was the 3-4 hour inperson interview.
