      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Emerson (Sidney, OH)

      Interview

      Applied for 1 position, and was called in for an interview. Interview was for some different position I did not apply for. Then I was interviewed by the HR Department who had glowing comments about my skills related to yet a different position that I did not apply for. The HR rep told me they would be "in touch soon". Three weeks later I got an automated "Thank You" reject note email for yet another position I did not apply for.

      It was a very laid back interview. There were 3 people doing the interview...the IT director,and 2 IT employees. The questions were mostly about my past experience and my skills, nothing hard. They also explained the job position very well.

      A bit messy, there were 2 companies listed as Emerson approached me, turns out they were differetn departments from the same company that did not communicate with each other. the overall process was ok, i took the job in the end
