Multiple interviews that took a longer time than usual and the hiring manager didn't seem in tune with the role. The HR staff didn't know what they were hiring for and couldn't answer questions.
After applying online, I received an email inviting me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and primarily focused on behavioral questions. The interviewer asked about my background, experiences, and how I handle certain workplace situations.
Usual interview process, multi interview rounds, last round in person 1 hour sessions with managers, 3 to 4 hours in total. First round hr screening over the phone, second round conversation on the phone with hiring manager, and third round was the 3-4 hour inperson interview.

Was easy and short.
There were only 2 rounds of interview.
Then did ask technical and lidership questions. Hiring manager was very polite and had a positive energy.
