Nothing much odd except the interviewers. Seems that they were asking questions just for sake of interview. Actual work could be different. Overall it is quite smooth. Mostly immediate feedback is provided. May ask for early joining

Past projects, achievements, role & responsibility. Challenges in current jobs. aspirations for future role. For Cad engineers - CAD test, questions on CAD commands. Personal life questions , why looking for change, salary expectations etc.

Interview
I received call from recruitment agency for open job position. After call they have arranged for interview. Telephonic interview followed by 1:1 interview at Emerson. Once you get selected , Manager and HR round is followed. After few days they mailed about their feedback.
