Emerson Technical Support Engineer interview questions

Interviewed by the HR (Initial interview). Mostly basic interview questions - experiences and expected salary rate. However, I didnt know that they were offering midshift and night shift position so I had to decline.

The interview process was a typical process, but they also expected you to know the complete theory of operation and functionality of the product at the time. However, they were looking for the best possible candidate, hence, it was something to expect. Most of the interview was performed by a group of employees instead of just the manager.
