The interview process was long but well organized. I applied in July and within a few days was contacted for a phone screening. The manager reviewed the job in a "daily role" rather than the Emory lingo. I got to pitch myself and review my CV. Then was chosen for a second round interview, where I met via Zoom with three directors from different hospital departments, as well as the manager. This interview lasted around 45 minuets with standard panel questions. Was chosen for a third and final round interview. This was in person, and was two 30 minute group interviews and it felt like the whole hospital had been invited. There were people in person and on Zoom. All of the interviewers had scale sheets to rate me, and had their own questions. This round was very overwhelming, and while it was supposed to be two groups, everyone popped in and out and I felt like I had to repeat myself/backtrack every few minutes and it was frustrating.
