Interview
The interview went well and was more informal than I expected it would be. I met with the lead research nurse and the coordinator on my first interview and then met with the Dr. on my second interview. They were all very nice. I had so much prepared to answer but I wasn’t asked anything other than why I was interested in joining the research team.
HR is generally slow is hiring for clinical research nurses due to their stringent screening process. There are typically 3 to 4 interviews which they try to schedule in one or two days.
