Interview
It is a three part interview. A call from a recruiter in which you will answer several questions. An interview with the Department Manager to go over the job duties and various other questions. An interview Human Resource to answer more general based questions about the pay offer.
2 rounds: 1 phone, 1 in person. Phone call was with HR asking a few basic questions. In person was with HR, Controller, and Accounting Manager. TB test was needed and performed at the same facility. Drug test needed as well

They asked how my experience fit with the position. I had no accounting experience, only banking and retail.

Interview
I interviewed one on one with my would be boss. It was a real scenario interview where they asked how I could meet the needs of my location. It was not the fake annoying “name a situation where you had an issue with a coworker” standardized test type interview. We had a real conversation. I could tell that my interviewer really wanted to get a feel for me as a person, in addition to what I could bring to the table. It was a breath of fresh air honestly.
