Interview
They ask you about your A/V experience. They also ask about your strengths and weaknesses in regards to lighting, audio, and video. Theses questions are so that they can best place you in the position and property location that your skill set and personality would best compliment.
The Interview process lasted for about 2-3 months. I applied, heard back 3 days later and scheduled for an interview that same week. I then did not hear back until 6 weeks later saying my interview was successful.

Interview in primary location for region. Started with a online application, then followed up by phone call for interview in location. Should be familiar with some AV concepts at least
