Interview
I got 2 interviews with Swank when I was brought on. The interviews were rather typical. they ask you what experience you have with what gear, what is your strong suit. etc...
if they make you an offer, they will play it out like it isn't negotiable... it is.
When they tell you you get "overtime" or "premium overtime" ignore them, premium overtime is an absolute joke. the more hours you get the less you get paid. they take your base hourly pay (or what it would be to equate your annual salary) and divide that by your number of overtime hours... so the minuet you hit hour 2, you are making half wages. hour 3 third wages.... you can work 20 hours of overtime and not even notice it on your check.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Encore Global (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
There was a video prescreening interview where you recorded your answers to prepared questions.
The in person interview turned out to be a cattle call where everyone got 5 minutes to answer two questions. The interviewer refused to answer any question about the job because they were afraid they might reveal a company secret. No matter how innocuous the question was. All of this could have easily have been done on Teams or Zoom. Instead of wasting my time and having to take time off from work.
