My interview process is one with the HR through phone, and another one with different leaderships if you are selected, this one is an in-person interview.
The entire interviewing process is professional & formal, friendly & respectful.

Q: Tell me about a time where you had a hard time working with people, and how did resolve it?

Q: Why do you want to work for the company?
There are more questions but those are the ones I can recall.
The interview process was organized and transparent. It included an initial screening, followed by a structured interview that covered previous experience, key competencies, role expectations, and team dynamics, with opportunities for questions throughout the process.

Candid. Flowed well and asked basic questions.
The interview was held at their office location which is typically a resort or hotel chain. Typically not inside the actual sales office - this is a space they provide to the company

Interview
It was overall a great experience. It was two rounds, one online and one in person. It was very conversational and friendly. Managers also cared about your personal expectations and goals.
