First I went to the hotel and gave my resume that I wanted to work in event technology. They let me know that they'd give my resume to PSAV. About 3 weeks went by and I heard from the regional manager that I would be interviewing with the PSAV hotel manager. I met him at the hotel and he bought me lunch. He gave me an offer on site right then and there. I heard PSAV is a lot about the location. The team and management at PSAV Half Moon Bay felt like a family, or perhaps Army Unit. We all got along and cared for each other. And I could tell our manager sincerely cared about all of us.
