Interview
They had more information about the job than questions to ask. I was after the job since I started at the company pretty much so they knew who I was and what I wanted. Seemed as though they made up their minds before the interview. Ended up with the job.
Straight forward, no surprises, cordial, to the point. Open conversations, friendly atmosphere. Asked about overseeing a team and problem solving tactics. Was sent an offer within a couple of days.

Interview
This was an application for an internal job and I was interviewed by HR and by the representatives of the hotel that I was applying at. In the initial interview the HR Rep told me how to answer the questions that the hotel managers would be asking. I did not get the job.
