Encore is by far and away the worst, most exhausting, disrespectful, and unprofessional company I have ever interviewed with. I first applied for a job there in January. The job seemed interesting, albeit with a rather low salary. After maybe 1 - 2 weeks I was then requested to do a pre-recorded interview. Some time after that I was then requested to do an in person interview, during which the interviewer was extremely cagey and secretive about the post program salary, even saying it would not be discussed until after the training period (6 months) was over. The only indication of what the increase in pay might be was his use of the word "slight" to describe the increase, which was quite concerning. After this interview I waited around a month without hearing anything until another interview with more people was scheduled, then after this interview I waited another hearing nothing back until another interview with more people was scheduled. Then in APRIL, I had an interview which was very confusingly and poorly described to me by email, and in the actual interview I found out that this interview was not in fact for the job I'd applied for, but rather for a different job which didn't even exist and wasn't available, so they just felt like wasting my time on a hypothetical made up job. The biggest slap in the face came around a week after the last interview, when one of the interviewers sent me a job posting telling me I should apply for it. The job posting in question was for a warehouse job moving boxes, and it paid worse than the job I had actually applied for which already paid terribly. To this day I still have no idea what happened to my initial application.
