First there was a pre-screening of CVs, than I had a phone interview, then the selected profiles were called to solve a relatively simple business case in groups at the Career Service of Politecnico di Milano and eventually other tests in Rome at the Enel headquarter. Everyone admitted at the first business case in Milan was admitted at the tests held in Rome as well. The tests in Rome were 4: first two elevator pitches (describe yourself and one your passions in 1 minute each), one group work (imagine how a Smart City could be) and eventually the group work presentation. So it was a quite though selection, generally speaking. But ok, this was though for everyone. The absurd thing is that we candidates had to vote the people who seemed best to us at the end of the tests in Rome (just 5 people among 25 candidates). For the remaining 20 people, it was just a waste of time and money (I have not been reimbursed for the price of the train ticket from Milan to Rome, round trip). I only got a feedback a week later, absolutely inconsistent with who I am. UNQUALIFIED HR.
