EnergyHub Solutions Engineer interview questions

I was ghosted after investing time into a take home assignment. After an HR phone screen, I was given a take home assignment. After completing the assignment, I had an interview with the hiring manager to discuss the assignment. After that discussion, I never heard anything back. This is a dissapointing experience, and contributes to candidates feeling reluctant to invest time and energy into interview processes that ask a lot of the candidate only to hear no response, not even a basic courtesy of a rejection email.
