Was out of the country when offered a phone screening. I informed the recruiter that I was unable to talk over the phone because I wasn't in the US, but could use Teams or Zoom. I was told an hour before the interview that the Teams link I was sent was a 'glitch' and it wouldn't work. They then told me that they wouldn't use Teams to communicate with me and would exclusively do a phone call. When I once again explained this wasn't an option for me, the recruiter didn't respond until I got the rejection email with the reason being they couldn't call me, so they moved forward with other candidates.

Helpful and to the point this was a phone interview and a good introduction to the culture and i look forward to progressing ahead with ensono in the near future
