      Straight forward interview process. Initial email response, recruiter followed up, scheduled recruiter meeting, scheduled next round of interview, meeting with hiring manager, and then the final interview round was scheduled.

      They are very thorough but not extremely transparent, I had an initial phone interview and was scheduled for a second interview. I had that interview a couple days later and I honestly felt like it went poorly, it was clear they wanted someone specifically focused on certain areas of the billing process. I didn’t hear anything for a few days and was eventually called back for a third interview for a different service with a different manager - this one went well, although I received the rejection letter today, no feedback offered aside from the automated “we’re pursuing other candidates” (the day after). I guess I felt like I wasn’t sure what I was being moved around for? I felt like they wanted someone with very specific skills as far as revenue cycle goes, and I currently do not have those. However, this was known on my first and second interviews, so I felt kind of confused being called back for a third if they knew I wasn’t what they were wanting. Overall, they seem like a great company to work for - the recruiter was very pleasant. I can only recommend that the managers nail down what it is exactly that they’re looking for and don’t drag it out if the person isn’t it/offer feedback to people who’ve had several interviews.
