Very detailed application, which I appreciated that they looked for so much detail. In their job opportunities the starred open jobs are the ones of biggest priority to fill just FYI. I contacted several employees on Linked In about my interest after filling out the application and was immediately contacted by one of the VPs. He got me set up with HR immediately. First step of the process is to complete a 15 minute general logic test. Recommend to do some prep by googling about the assessment before hand and take practice tests. After this phase, I was contacted for an interview with HR and the VP over the department. This was quickly followed up with an interview with my potential manager. Then received an offer on the next day. Whole process took less than a week. Not saying this is typical but for those starred roles they are wanting to fill those quick with the right people of course. HR did a great job getting me informed and in the loop of next steps and made the process go quickly.

I received a phone screening and the invitation to fill out a CCAT/personality assessment. I did well on the CCAT, but must have not had the right personality. :) I never heard back, even after a couple of follow-up emails. I was very excited about the position but there didn't seem to be a lot of communication from Therapy Brands during it. I was pretty classically ghosted, which felt confusing to me based on the other good reviews here.
