The interview process was seamless. Recruiter outlined what to expect and moved very quickly. I respected the fact that he followed up and in a timely manner and was very promptly throughout the process. The manager and VP I spoke with on 2nd and 3rd interview were very transparent about what they were looking for and what was needed for the role. The process overall from date of application to offer was 2 weeks. I was sent an assessment email a week and half after I applied and first contact from recruiter to start interview process until offer was 4 business days. I had read reviews about a quick process; however, I was shocked how fast! This is something that was positive during today’s workforce challenges that turned out to be a breathe of fresh air. Overall, interview experience was great, I felt everyone was open and honest and I wasn’t “left in the dark” about next steps. So far, great experience and looking forward to come on board.
