I'm not going to say it was horrible, but I will say it was bizarre. Just a few days after I applied, I received a form email saying that I was invited to the next step which was an IQ and personality assessment. I guess I passed, because I got an invitation for a video interview within a few minutes of ending the test. So I did my homework researching the company, its competitors, its marketplace, etc. The interviewer logged on five minutes late. That was not great, since I am trying to squeeze these meetings into my lunchtime since I am currently employed. He apologized and proceeded to tell me that I would see him looking all around since he had four screens up. That was super distracting! I was told that they were at the early stages of interviewing, and I always take that as a bad sign. But I did get the "no thank you" form letter today, which was three days after the wandering eyes Teams interview.
