The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Apr 2012
Interview
The HR person that I interviewed with for the first interview was great. She was very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. When it came time to interview with a branch manager things went down hill. The branch manager was supposed to show me what a normal day is like at the branch but another management trainee ended up quickly showing me around and completely disregarded everything they were supposed to show me on the list. The employees barely acknowledged me at all. The environment was very unprofessional and no one seemed to be enjoying their jobs. By the time I did my second interview, the atmosphere had already been such a turn off that I didn't feel like trying to impress them at all.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
