All you have to do is say that you don't care how many hours a week you work, you're okay with not making any money. You love to help pissed off people. And washing cars in a suit when its freezing, blazing hot, or pouring rain, is the greatest thing ever.

What is an experience you had where you you failed?
3 tier interview it was your typical process. Met with talent acquisition, then the branch manager followed up by the regional manager. Branch interview was probably the longest out of the 3 if you can get pass the branch then you’re golden.

No phone interview. HR made an appointment to interview at the office. The interview took about 30 minutes and then HR will get back to you if the hiring manager would like to interview you further after their review your answers...
