I think I experienced pretty much what other people have been saying on here. Contacted by the first hiring person and had my interview with her. She had me watch a short video in the reception area. Basic questions about my resume, goals, and personality. Later that week I had a second interview at a branch with a branch manager. I watched them for the first hour and then interviewed during the second hour. Same types of questions. Then about a week later I interviewed with a District/Area manager. This is the interview I blew or at least that failed to get me the job. It was just wrong from the begging. I was sitting in the office listening to the employees talk, at least three women and a younger man. Two of the women were joking with the man and the man said something like don't report me to HR. Turns out he was an assistant manager for the store or something like that and was invited to be a part of the interview. The whole thing was just awkward. He was rude and I could tell he wasn't listening. For the other two interviews I had studied up about the company, but was never asked company questions. The third interview is when they were finally asked. Of course I forgot the few key points the interviewer ended up talking about. I was so mad at myself. Anyways about a week later I got a poorly formatted email telling me they were going with other candidates. I am not too upset about not getting the job because of some of the reviews from other people's comments. I am much happier where I work now.
