Applied to the position online, process took about a month before I heard back.
There are three tiers of the interview phase: One with a talent acquisition specialist, one with a district manager, and one with a regional assistant manager, I believe. I did not complete the process.
The first interview lasted approximately 20-30 minutes and the questions were standard interview questions. The man I spoke to, Thomas, was incredibly clear throughout the entire process of what to expect. He provided helpful answers to all of my questions and made sure to address all points (interview questions, salary and benefits, training process, preparing for the next interviews). Overall, a very smooth interview.
During the next round, you are asked to fill out a job preferences form as well print out a blank observation sheet. You arrive at the office and are left to observe the work space for about 10 minutes, trying to identify the manager, the number of clients, any issues that occurred, etc. After that, you are taken in a room for a more in-depth interview and review of your resume. Following this, the talent acquisition officer you initially spoke to will reach back out to you to check in.
I cannot speak to the third round, as I withdrew my application for personal reasons. But all in all, it was a very smooth and organized process.
