3 stage interview process
-initial phone interview (very short and asks basic questions to see if college educated/actually interested in job)
- 1 on 1 interview with talent acquisition rep... about an hour long and asks many behavioral based questions about leadership roles and working in a team
- final stage: observation at local enterprise followed by interview with area manager. same questions as previous interview
just be yourself and show that you have teamwork and leadership qualities

what are the four most important things about customer service?
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
