Interview
My experience with this company's hiring process was mixed. While the interview questions were fairly easy, the overall process was tedious and time-consuming. It began with a phone screen, followed by two separate hour-long job shadowing sessions. During these sessions, I was asked to help around, which I found inappropriate for an interview stage. Although the opportunity to shadow the job could be insightful, I believe this should be done after hiring decisions are made. The lengthy process, which included multiple rounds of unpaid work-like activities, ultimately led to no job offer. This left me feeling that my time wasn't respected. In hindsight, I wouldn't have invested so much time if I had known I wasn't an ideal candidate. I'd advise future applicants to be cautious about engaging in multiple shadowing sessions during the interview process, and I'd recommend the company streamline their hiring approach to be more respectful of candidates' time.

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
