Interview
Two interviews, one phone one in person. Phone interview is only 10 minutes long and then the in person interview is about an hour and you do a branch visit and see how the branch works
The first and last were deceivingly casual and the guy running the interview was very flippant. Felt like everything went well and then got ghosted. They ask typical interview questions (Strengths/weakness) etc.

Interview
Easy. Basic questions. Learn about the company. Understand its background and history. Go in knowing that and knowing the basic interview questions. I interviewed with 2 people at an airport. The showed me around where I’d work and who I’d with. Everyone was extremely friendly and seemed like good people.
