I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jan 2025
Interview
I recently interviewed for a Management Trainee role at Enterprise, and while I felt the interview went exceptionally well, I was ultimately not selected to move forward. I walked in well-prepared, and my answers were concise, detailed, and delivered with confidence. There were no hiccups or moments where I felt unsure; in fact, I left the interview feeling positive that I had demonstrated my qualifications and experience effectively.
That said, the rejection came as a surprise. Based on the feedback (or lack thereof), I’m left questioning what their expectations were. While I understand that hiring decisions are complex, I genuinely felt I showcased the skills and qualities that the role requires.
Overall, the experience left me disappointed, not just because of the outcome but because it feels like my efforts and preparation weren’t fully recognized. While I respect their decision, clearer feedback or a more transparent process would have been appreciated to help candidates understand how to improve or align better with their expectations.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
