Interview
I had two interviews. One with members of Project Management team and one with the hiring manager. The first interview focused on project management job duties and my personality and the second interview focused more on the company values. The first interview, I felt, dealt with more difficult questions than the second interview which felt more like an interview to explore personality fit.

Define the processes involved in Project Management.
Applied and I got an email saying they don’t hire in my state with a listing of eligible states.
This should have been posted in the job requisition post so all applying parties are aware.
I can’t imagine how disorganized the company is if they can’t even get a job posting correct and complete.

Interview
Two rounds, both ladies were nice enough. Fairly normal questions. It lasted the whole allotted time. I was surprised to not get a call back as it went well, albeit not great.

Interview
Great personal and efficient. The hiring manager didn't plan games, so it was refreshing. Even had a question after the interview. The hiring manager got on the phone to answer it. Once I got an offer, I accepted without hesitation based on the interview.
