Bunch of Unprofessionals - NOT FOR EXPERIENCED GUYS ABOVE 8 YEARS. THEY DONT WANT YOU
These HR's and Technical people who are in the interview panel are set of unprofessional folks. A
small company how can you expect them, rather to be totally uncluttered.
1. They call both less and more experience guys (remember more experienced guys
are just a backup here, you are the just there for name sake)
2. They keep you waiting for hours togather (in my case 2.5 hours), people who
came after me with less experience went ahead and finishes 2 to 3 rounds, myself
not even one round still
3. After 2 hours I did ask the HR as to why my name was not being called. So cooks
up stories telling it is a sunday and one person fell ill and we are short on
interview panel(whereas other less experienced guys are still well and fine being
interviewed except me).By then many less experienced guys were shortlisted
already.So this company tries to pick as many from less experienced category, if
they get sufficient number is less experienced category they are done, you are
junk now they cant tell you to leave. So they play a game here they send the
interviewer with an intention to REJECT you.
4. I again sit back and wait and there comes this developer to interview me I was for RESASSURED Automation testing. At the start itself this guy tells me "He does not know anything in testing". He starts of asking java question at development level, clear indication that they dont want me.He asks me tough questions like Daemons in java - I would say why a Test engineer need to know about DAEMON . He has
no interest to take my interview (his body language says it all)either for name sake he asks a couple of
questions and then he says "I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO ASK". And this is how my interview went.
If they dont want experienced guys, what at all call them and waste their time.
That too mine was on a sunday(24th June 2018).
