I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Status: Still in hiring process.
I applied Initially for a Software Developer position, but they redirected me to Technical Problem Solver. Had a phone interview with a current technical problem solver employee. It was very casual, just felt like a normal conversation. He asked about my experience, personal projects, why I chose to apply to Epic, etc. I believe I performed well on the skills assessment as well, because the HR rep offered to fly me out but did not want to waste my time, seeing as how I was looking for development positions. They have since offered for me to take the skills assessment meant for developer positions.
Consisted of a full day of interviews and additional sessions to learn more about the company. Overall enjoyable and informative day that gave me a good look of the company and what my role would be.
