The phone interview was 30 minutes long and was short and to the point. I would say half was them talking about the position and company and the other half was answering straightforward questions. The interview was followed by an online assessment that took 2.5. hours long.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.
