Interview
I submitted my resume to a recruiter during the career fair, and 2 days later, I got an invitation for a phone interview. The phone interview was with someone in the TS position. They went through the basic questions of why you want to work there. After, I got an invitation to take the skills portion of the test. I can not go into detail about it, but it was something that you just go into. About 2 days after the test, I got invited to their onsite interview. There was had a case study, a coding exam, and a general overview of the TS position. Overall, it was not too stressful, and everyone I spoke to was nice.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
