I only had a phone interview, and it was a pleasant experience. The interviewing person asked me for school projects, any internship experience...etc. Since it was just a phone interview, I would say it was pretty easy.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
