I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jan 2013
Interview
Initially applied via school's career center website. Received invitation to take Remembrandt profile quickly after that. A couple days later, received invitation to conduct a phone interview with a person who is currently in the position I was applying for (I initially applied for a Project Manager position, but ended up interviewing for that as well as TS). Then got the invitation to visit their campus. The on-site interview, as others have mentioned, takes up most of the day (8am - 3pm ish). First had tour of campus, software demo. Then sessions with current PM and TS people in a group setting, where they first spoke a bit about their experience, and then we got to ask questions about the position. Then I had two half-hour "case studies", one for PM and one for TS. These case studies are behavioral in nature and I think aim to gauge your ability to prioritize tasks and navigate the work environment. Then came lunch, and then I gave a 10-minute presentation to three people. Interview with HR recruiter. Finally, timed verbal/math/logic/coding assessment. Smooth process but very long.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None. Reading through all the other reviews of interviews will give a very good sense of the scope of questions asked.
Phone interview with someone in the role followed by aptitude based exam. After scoring sufficiently on aptitude exam, more recruiter interviews and on-site visit.
The recruiter/phone interviews were fairly standard and aptitude exam is something you have to just go in blind to

Initial phone conversation with another TS. Virtual interview with other candidates, main question was about how to handle a hypothetical situation with competing priorities. Technical coding interview (similar to Leetcode from what I know).
